NORTH END CENTER

Project Size: 140,300 SF & 800 Car Parking Garage

Located at the edge of Virginia Tech’s campus, the four-story building house seven Virginia Tech administrative departments. Serving as a link between the town and campus, the building’s façade is finished in faux Hokie stone to compliment the adjacent Virginia Tech campus and with brick to compliment it’s town location. The mixed-use building is sited to accommodate a future building and to serve the adjacent North End Center Parking Garage. A pedestrian bridge connects the fifth level of the garage to the fourth level of the mixed-use building.

Starbucks, Virginia Tech Services' Hokie Centric retail store, P. Buckley Moss Art Gallery, and a Carilion Velocity Care Clinic are located on the street-front lower level.
